Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition- IT Technical skill sets,  exposure on C2H, FTE and RPO Staffing Modes
  • Manage multiple client accounts and  ensure timely delivery of services
  • Should be able to handle existing clients and also increase new client database
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor and track client satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve service quality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
