Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
  • Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends
  • Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database
  • Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
  • Required skills and qualifications:
  • Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
  • Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
  • Experience in working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards
  • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fields
    • Strong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter role
    • Proficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub
